PRIVATE MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
You don’t have to keep telling yourself you should be fine.
You love your family. You may even have help, a supportive partner, healthy kids, or a life that looks good on paper.
And you’re still overwhelmed, anxious, angry, resentful, overstimulated—or wondering where you went inside all of this.
You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. You just need to know that you don’t want to keep feeling this way.
Most private clients invest between $189 and $650 per month.

Motherhood can be great..and still feel much harder than you expected.
Maybe you’re snapping over things that seem small, then spending the rest of the day feeling guilty about how you reacted.
Maybe your mind is constantly scanning for what could go wrong. You replay decisions, worry about your children’s safety, or have thoughts that scare you even though you would never act on them.
Maybe you feel resentful toward your partner, but every attempt to explain why turns into a fight or leaves you wondering if you’re asking for too much.
Maybe you have help and still feel like you’re carrying everything.
Or maybe nothing is obviously wrong. You just don’t feel like yourself anymore.
These experiences are more common than most mothers realize. That doesn’t mean you have to minimize them, push through them, or wait until things get worse before asking for support.
────────────────────
This isn’t about becoming a better mom.
It’s about helping you feel better inside the life you already have.
Our work starts beneath the reaction.
Instead of stopping at “How do I become less angry?” we get curious about what your anger has been trying to communicate.
Instead of handing you another routine for managing the mental load, we look at why so much of it became yours and help you communicate what actually needs to change.
Instead of telling you to be more grateful, disciplined, or positive, we make room for the full truth: you can love your children deeply and still be having a hard time.
Together, we work toward helping you:
• Understand what is happening beneath your anger, anxiety, or overwhelm
• Feel more emotionally steady when life gets loud
• Interrupt spirals without shaming yourself for having them
• Communicate your needs more clearly
• Work through resentment and relationship strain
• Trust yourself as a mother
• Reconnect with the parts of you that still exist outside of what everyone else needs
• Respond to yourself with more compassion and less judgment

What private support is actually like
This is a place to bring the thoughts you edit everywhere else.
You can tell me that you miss who you were before your children. That you resent your partner. That you’re afraid your anger means something terrible about you. That you have everything you thought you wanted and don’t understand why you’re still struggling.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly explained problem or a goal for every session.
Some weeks, we may unpack a reaction that keeps repeating. Other weeks, we may work through an immediate decision, prepare for a hard conversation, or explore why something from pregnancy, birth, or postpartum is still showing up in your life now.
I blend CBT-informed tools, honest conversation, reflection, emotional support, and practical next steps. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what is happening, not just another list of things to do.

Support designed around what you actually need
Private support is ongoing and available at several levels based on the frequency of sessions and the amount of support you want.
Depending on the level you choose, your support may include:
• Private sessions scheduled weekly, twice monthly, or monthly
• Support between sessions
• Scheduling flexibility
• Practical tools and reflection prompts tailored to what is happening in your life
• A monthly community call with other mothers receiving private support
The community call is an intentional part of this work because isolation has a way of making every struggle feel like a personal failure. Hearing other mothers talk honestly about what they’re carrying can help you realize: this isn’t just me.
Ongoing private support begins at $189 per month. Weekly support is offered on a sliding scale of $450–$650 per month, with the same level of support at every rate.
You do not need to decide which option is right for you before reaching out. If we seem like a good fit, we’ll talk about the level of support that makes the most sense for what you need and what feels sustainable for your family.

Hi, I’m Sara.
I’m a maternal mental health professional and a mother of three.
I created this practice because mothers deserve somewhere to talk about what is actually happening—not how to organize their schedules, make time for self-care, or get more done.
My work is warm, direct, and practical. I’ll help you slow down enough to understand what is beneath the surface, while also helping you figure out what to do with that understanding in your real life.
I’m not here to judge your thoughts, hand you generic advice, or ask you to become a different person.
I’m here to help you experience more of yourself inside motherhood.
────────────────────
You don’t have to wait until it gets worse.
You are allowed to want support because you’re tired of feeling this way.
You are allowed to get help even if other people have it harder.
You are allowed to take yourself seriously before you reach a breaking point.
If you’re wondering whether private support could be right for you, the first step is a short inquiry form. I’ll review your responses and get back to you within 24–48 hours. If it seems like we could be a good fit, I’ll invite you to a conversation where we can talk through what support might look like.
There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before reaching out.

Questions you might have
Do I need to be postpartum or have a new baby?
No. This support is for mothers across stages of motherhood. TTC, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences may still affect you years later, and identity loss, anxiety, anger, resentment, and mental load do not disappear when your child reaches a certain age.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. You do not need a diagnosis—or a crisis—to deserve support.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and emotional support, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. Our work can complement therapy, but it does not replace care from a licensed mental health or medical provider when that level of care is needed.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That is completely okay. You do not need to choose a package or know exactly what you want before submitting an inquiry. We’ll talk about what has been happening and determine whether one of my support options feels like the right fit.
What happens after I submit the form?
I’ll review your responses and follow up within 24–48 hours. If it seems like we could work well together, I’ll invite you to a conversation so we can meet, talk about what you need, and discuss the available support options.
INQUIRE ABOUT PRIVATE SUPPORT
Private maternal mental health support
You don’t have to keep telling yourself you should be fine.
You love your family. Your life may even look good on paper. And you’re still overwhelmed, anxious, angry, resentful, overstimulated—or wondering where you went inside all of this.
Explore private supportMaybe this is familiar
Motherhood can be good—and still feel much harder than you expected.
The moments you keep minimizing are often the clearest signs that you need somewhere to put what you’re carrying.
You snap over something small.
Then spend the rest of the day feeling guilty about how you reacted.
Your mind never stops scanning.
You replay decisions, imagine what could go wrong, or have thoughts that frighten you.
You have help—but still carry everything.
You’re the one noticing, remembering, planning, asking and following up.
You resent your partner.
But explaining why becomes another exhausting job or another fight.
You don’t recognize yourself.
Nothing is obviously wrong. You just don’t feel like you anymore.
You keep saying you should be grateful.
As though loving your children means you’re not allowed to be struggling.
This isn’t about becoming a better mom. It’s about helping you feel better inside the life you already have.
Understand the reaction
We look beneath the anger, anxiety, shutdown or resentment instead of treating it as a character flaw.
Respond with more choice
You learn to notice yourself earlier and use tools that are realistic in the middle of actual motherhood.
Trust yourself again
You communicate more clearly, repair without a shame spiral and make room for your own needs.
What private support is actually like
A place to bring the thoughts you edit everywhere else.
You don’t need a perfectly explained problem or a goal for every session. Bring the reaction that keeps repeating, the hard conversation you’re avoiding, the decision you can’t stop reopening—or the truth you haven’t known how to say.
We slow the moment down.
What happened? What did you feel, need, fear or assume?
We find the pattern beneath it.
Using CBT-informed tools, honest conversation and reflection, we make sense of what keeps happening.
We make it usable in real life.
You leave with language, perspective or a practical next step—not another rigid plan to maintain.
You are still in there
You may not need your old self back. You may need space to meet the person you are now.
Motherhood changes you. Support can help you experience more of yourself inside that change.
Support designed around what you need
Personal support—not a curriculum to keep up with.
In their own words
What changes when a mother finally has the right support?

Hi, I’m Sara
Warm, honest and practical support for the parts of motherhood people rarely say out loud.
I’m a maternal mental health professional and a mother of three. I created this practice because mothers deserve somewhere to talk about what is actually happening—not how to become more productive, grateful or optimized.
I’ll help you understand what is beneath the surface and decide what to do with that understanding in your real life. I’m not here to judge your thoughts or ask you to become a different person.
